These elevators have a bistable permanent magnetic field. The magnetic field is activated or deactivated by the MCU-FL control system. With this we ensure that the load remains magnetized indefinitely in complete safety without falling to the ground if, during the course of magnetization, a loss of power occurs or the reel cable is cut.

It is especially recommended for the handling of medium weights and high frequency of movements, with cranes, hoists, robots, or automated systems.

Special poles can also be designed to lift loads with other different round formats.

MCU-FL control system is the electronic control that controls the magnetization and demagnetization of the EPM magnetic lifters. Magnetization can be carried out from the crane control, from the radio control, incorporated into a robot or some other automatic system.
