Customized Rockers / Balancers

The balancers are useful for the manipulation of heavy loads of any type, and are manufactured to measure the type of load to move / lift / transport, the dimensions of each package or set, and the movements to be performed with it.

• Designed by the Engineering team complying with the directives and standards UNE EN in force at any time
• Based on capacities or the type of lifting and other parameters, they can adopt different forms: Monoviga, fixed or adjustable, in the shape of H, Cross, or other special ones
• DK rockers bear the corresponding CE marking and a capacity record plate.

The use of rockers has as normal objectives:

1. Improve the productivity of your plant/warehouse – by being able to move larger loads in less operating time – saving maneuvering times = lower costs and greater productive capacity – when maneuvers with heavy loads may be a bottleneck.
2. Increase the safety of people, equipment / products / raw materials, and facilities, by reducing the risk of falls or breaks, blows, and the like.
3. It offers a low maintenance cost, in many cases this cost is null, being pure CAPEX investment
